An architectural family, not a style

Tidewater is the parent Series for Sunlit Studio’s American coastal architecture. It is not generic “coastal”, and it is not Mediterranean, Tuscan or rustic. It is built on natural stone, weathered cedar, layered rooflines and landscape treated as part of the architecture rather than decoration around it.

A Series holds Collections. Each Collection is a distinct material and atmospheric expression within the same architectural lineage. Tidewater begins with Moss & Mineral.
